Instead of emailing 100 people using "BCC", is there a service that emails indiv?

No worries, I still would like a proper answer.

What comprehension issues do I have?

Anyone emailing all their friends at once MUST be a spammer? Not.
Using BCC DOES put stuff in junk/bulk folders. NOT the ideal method.

Why is how to SPAM people in HT?

There is no harm. The professional spammers already know how to do it.

I know this because a spam using this method got by Google's filter and went to my inbox at the end of 2013. The first spam to do so in years. I was impressed that it actually made it through.

It was a direct spam addressed to me only, which is the method that was proposed to overcome the BCC problem.

It looked legitimate and can easily fool a lot of people.

I suspect the method uses mail merge + botted email accounts. I doubt someone who can obtain legitimate looking email bots needs our forum's help.

Maybe the email account that sent the spam was made from a sweatshop using kids, which would explain how it got through filters.
