any of you guys ever run into this site?

I have received a few emails regarding jobs and this site is listed. The email is below.
They all seem similar in job description and pay rate. I don't remember looking up any of the other companies but I just looked up this one - Invior Marketing. I get nothing.

Sounds like a scam type deal right? I'm wondering if the instanthumanresources.com site is legit or not too. My instinct says no since it appears to be associated with a scam.

what do you think or know?

Dear XXXXXXX,

Invior Marketing is seeking a top-quality candidate for our Assistant Technology Manager position. My assistant recently viewed your resume online and I feel that you meet the qualifications needed for this challenging career. The ideal candidate will be familiar with aspects of online business development and have strong team management skills that can bring projects through tight deadlines.

We have a number of clients, which we work with very closely to bring top-tier e-commerce solutions to. We are heavily involved with building a site from the ground up so that all aspects of someone's business online can be properly handled -- this includes user interfaces, backend functionality and security. The Assistant Technology Manager will be involved from the very beginning of this process and have a hand and a stake in the future of the site's success.

Major responsibilities include:

Managing a team of programmers.
Scheduling projects and summarily following through on deadlines.
Close communication with our design department in order to create functional websites that are attractive to users.
Multi-tasking and the ability to handle several projects at once.
We at Invior Marketing pride ourselves on our employee's well-being, and should you be accepted for this position, this is what you can expect:

Minimum of $80,000 annual salary, to be discussed at your interview.
Profit-sharing and bonuses based on website revenue.
Great, friendly work environment.
Very flexible scheduling.
Full health and dental.
Paid vacation, sick leave.
Tuition Reimbursement
401K
Overall, we are seeking someone with discipline and a sharp mind. You do not need to be a guru of a given coding language, but you need to know how to talk to programmers and how to manage a team well.

If you would like to be considered for this position, please follow the link below and fill out the application:

Is your resume up on Monster, Hot Jobs, etc? I think scammers or scam companies get your info off these sites and then send you e-mails about jobs with companies that don't exist, or only marginally exist. My guess is that it is either an identity theft scam and/or they will request a "placement fee" or a head hunting fee to put you in touch with this mythical company for the mythical job. Never, EVER give money to a placement agency that contacts YOU. If you hire a headhunter, that is a different deal.

In general if I can't find good web info on the HR company and/or the company they represent, I just delete the e-mail. If they were really interested, they would call you.

I also have my resume online and do update it continuously, since employers pay for searches of certain dates. I went to BBB.com to check out the company as its website is the email extension (instanthumanresources) was the source. The company began in January 2006, has 6 complaints that were never responded to. Legitimate companies at least respond to the BBB, but not this one. I'm glad I checked it out before I responded. The salary wasn't outrageous, but it was considerable. This is the email I received:
