"Instant power on" feature of the MSI PRO2-A?

What is the "instant power on" that is listed in the manual of the MSI Pro2-A board? I will be building my first PC tomorrow with my second MSI Pro2-A (I damaged the first one attempting to mount a heatsink!!!) and I just want to know what to expect when I turn on the power strip? Will the system start up? I'd like to be able to use the power button to start up the pc for the first time. Also, I'm using the Antec SX830 case. Is there anything I need to do other then make the proper connections for the power switch/reset switch etc.. to the Pro2-A?

I also have a pro2a, and I have no idea how the instant power on works. If you figure it out lemme know. Have you tried the ezlogo program yet?
