Installing WinXP on existing HD..

I have an existing HD that I want to install WinXP on. Will I have to wipe everything off it or will WinXp just install no problem?

It's got two 20GB FAT32 partitions with stuff on both.

you shouldn't need to delete anything off of the partitions unless you have another OS on the partition. what is your situation, do you already have an OS on each partition?
