Installing Windows XP on a Dell PowerEdge 2800

I'm trying to install Windows XP on a Dell PowerEdge 2800 server (which will be used for normal desktop purposes). I'm not exactly sure how to go about this. Dell provides a disc to be used when installing Windows Server 2003 that loads all the necessary drivers for things like the SCSI drives. How do I straight install Windows XP and then later load the necessary drivers? Thanks.

You install XP first. I always load the network drivers and then go download the drivers I need right from the machine.

If you dont have a license for XP, then you need to buy one as XP is not a valid downgrade path.
