Download the 64bit drivers (they have the 32bit and the 64bit drivers in the package), and grab the ones extracted into the i386 folder from the package you downloaded.

My Marvel was detected, and the drivers installed, perfectly fine (on both 32bit and 64bit). Not sure what's going on with what you've got, but it shouldn't be the case.
On my board only the PHY layer is by Marvell. The adapter is part of the nForce 4 package, so the drivers are nVidia.
Are you also using an A8N-SLI board? If so, are you using the other Ethernet port that is fully Marvell?

I never use the nF4 NIC.

The NIC I'm using, as per the Device Manager, is:

Marvell Yukon 88E8001/8003/8010 PCI Gigabit Ethernet Controller (which is the same on both my A8N-SLi and my Neo4 SLi Platinum).
