installing win2k with xp already installed

I would like to install win2k on a dual boot win98/winxp system. What I would like to do is install the win2k on my c drive over my win98. Is this feasible? I've thought about deleteing my windows98 folder then installing win2k. Or install while in winxp. XP is on the second hard drive by the way.

Well, here is what I would do. Go out and buy two hard drive trays and swap the hard drives out when you wanted to switch operating systems. Because doing an install of an older OS with a newer installed is very complex. Because normally, you install on your older OSs first and then the newer last (ie Win2k before WinXP). I would search google. I am not sure if you could install 2k and then run fdisk /mbr or something like that to get it to work. Good luck and I hope this helps.
