installing win2k...help

ok, i have had this problem before and someone told me how to fix it but i forgot, so...

i was installing win2k, over 98, and problems occurred in the middle so that i had to reboot. now when i go to install it again it tells me i cant do it because there are already two operating systems on the hard drive or something to that effect. does anyone know how to fix that without having to format?

Do you have a bootable disk, if so stick it in and delete(deltree) program files and any windows directory(s). Then try it.

you can also stick the hd into another computer and erase the windows directory from there.
