Installing Win 7 from a memory stick

I have a Mac Book and want to install Win 7 in it using Boot Camp.- As it has not a CD reader, I must make the installation from a flash memory stick.-
How can I transfer the Win 7 installation CD to a stick and make it bootable ?.-
Thanks
Jorge

Loaded Win 7 32bit Ultimate to 2 Dell mini 10s. Just copy all the Win 7 files from the disk to a flash drive and set your computer to boot from the flash drive. That's all it takes. The flash drive will be bootable. You can also do this with Vista, but not with Win XP.

I have done that too, but I have also had it not work for some strange reason. Not sure why.

The way I liked to always works even when just copying the dvd to the flash drive
