Was reading the manual to the MB and it says it has to be installed in pairs or a terminator must be installed in the empty sockets. I have 4 banks and one 256mb module in one and the c-rimm in the bank right next to it. do I need two more c-rimms to terminate the other two empty banks?

If you have a P4, they're serious about the rambus needing to be installed in pairs. You'll need 2 of those 256mb modules and 2 crimms.

If you have i820, just install the one 256mb rimm and then 3 crimms and you will be good.

Then just as said above, you need 1 more 256 stick, and a total of 2 crimms. Congrats on the Elite status :)

How much do 'crims' cost. I dont know what they are, but I guess they complete the circuit in the other slots.

Ill stick with sdram, but was just curious.
