Installing Norton Antivirus 2007 on Vista 64

I have Norton Antivirus 2007, which I have not installed on anything yet. I am installing a retail version of Vista Ultimate 64 when I build my PC.

On Symantec's site, they mention a Vista upgrade of Norton Antivirus 2007 and my package says my product is eligible.

Can I install Norton Antivirus 2007 onto a Windows Vista 64 machine and then update it from their site to work? They don't mention whether it works on the 64 bit OS or not.

On the note of x64 - Norton Antivirus 2007 doesn?t really install as a true x64 application. However, it still installs and works but just runs at a 32-bit level.

Nevermind, I just checked with Symantec on the phone and Norton 2007 is not compatible with Vista 64 even with the Vista update.
