Any idea why it looks as though it's going to start setup but when it does it just closes? Does it just extract the drivers to a directory? Isn't it supposed to start the setup for me?
 
start the setup in Windows 2000 Compatibility mode. Right-click the EXE and look for the Compatibility tab...
