Installing multiple printers at once?

Need some help at my job.

I'm a IT Technician where I work and I'm trying to find ways to connect about 20 printers to a newly deployed PC.

Where I go to school, they seem to have them all on a server, and if you map to the server it will show all the printers and will let you easily connect to whichever ones you want...

I want to know how to do this, I'm currently just installing them one-by-one and it takes alot of time to install all the drivers and create the necesarry TCP/IP ports.
