Here is another thing that I can't do. I am trying to install MSOFFICE on my home pc which is running WIN 200 PRO. I am the administrator and the only user to have access to install software. I login first with my normal user name and password that I have setup for myself. I have also setup my user name to have in the Administrator Group and the Windows Installer keeping denying the installation. Therefore I logon again as the default administrator who also has the rights to install software and again the windows installer does not allow MSOFFICE to me installed. I tried to install the Windows Installer again and it works but just can't get office to install on my home PC. Can anyone help me with this?

Here is the error message:

The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.

I know I am not running in safe mode and I have reinstalled the Windows Installer and it gave me no error messages.
