Installing mobo into case?

Ok, I just got my new case today, the blue cheiftec newegg has on sale. It seems great besides the fact it doesn't have filters for the 2 intake fans. Anyway, onto the question.

It came with a box with a bag of screws in it. It has those gold colored screw things that connects to the case, then it has the screw hole to screw the mobo onto it. Anyway, dont you need some of those plastic ones that screw into the case and the mobo just snaps right onto them??

If I dont need those and I can just screw the mobo onto those gold screw things, I noticed it didn't come with any of those paper washer things so the screw doesn't touch the mobo. Do I need those?

Where can I get the plastic standoffs and paper washers if I need them?

those gold colored screws are brass standoffs. Count how many you will need to mount the MB to the case, its usually 9. You screw those into the case and make sure that where you screw them in the holes on the mb will line up otherwise you could short the mb or worse. The plastic standoffs aren't necessary, I have never used them I always went with the brass standoffs, much more sturdier. Paper washers you don't have to worry about either, the mb should be insulated at where you will be mounting the mb to the case
