Installing Flash without Admin Privileges

So on my work comp. I installed firefox because IE sucks. However, I can't install flash because i don't have any admin privileges. Is there anyway to install flash player without admin privileges?


This is a de facto request for help to defeat security on someone else's computer or network, which is not appropriate at the AnandTech Forums.
