I quit WoW ages ago (a couple months before BC came out) - and I even tried the free trial last year but only played for a day...

Install is at 95%

Nope, it's a download/install (at the same time?! neat) so I'm still at 96% - only 300Mb to go though!

EDIT: Aah! Now it's downloading a patch - 36 minute reprieve.

You're probably going to have to download another gig or so - 3.0 alone is 1 GB.

hope you have WotLK also, but I'm guessing you're going to start at a very low level so you won't actually need it unless you reach level 70 and want to play more

Nope, no WotLK. Haven't played through BC yet... Will be using an old 60 and maybe start a new character somewhere fresh.

Not sure if I can still use it? I used a free trial last December and it said I couldn't use that again...

3.2 just finally finished downloading now... THE TIME IS NIGH!!!

They streamlined 60-70 questing when WotLK came out, you will be 70 in the 3rd zone if you do all the quests.
