I asked this question in the Operating System forum but no one ever gave me a reply
I know Creative has the XP drivers on their website, but I don't have a modem right now that wants to work with Windows XP
I got a bunch of free games with all the hardware goodies I got and I have nothing to do, so I wanted to play some games......I'd like to be able to hear sounds of course
Anyone here successfully install the win2k drivers for the Audigy in Windows XP? I saw a pretty good amount of people here say they did, but when someone told me how they did it, I still got a "data is invalid" message right after I tried installing the drivers.
One more thing......anyone here get their U.S. Robotics 56k modem to work in Windows XP? I looked all over their site, and they don't list any XP drivers, they say most modems will be supported natively in Windows XP......The two 56k modems I tried never worked when I tried them in Windows XP......the Performance Pro 56k modem and a regular old 56k modem.
