Dungeon Defenders: First Wave installs it's 600+MB of data to the SD card, as do most games that have to download extra data over Wifi or 3G. Almost every game installs no more than about 30mb in the app storage.

Edit: The biggest app in my app storage partition is Dungeon Hunter 2 at 17.12mb. It's 500mb of game data however is in /sdcard/gloft/DH2.
