Installing an old GPU but lost installation disk,

I've bought a 6600GT AGP to replace my old ATI 9200SE AGP and it works really nice.

My bro wants my old 9200SE on his computer, but I've long lost or have forgotten if there is a Installation disk for my old 9200SE.

Would I need an installation disk? Or can I just put in the video card and install the drivers straight from the website?

Install from the website. The drivers on the CD are far too old to even consider using.

Keep in mind, if you get the CCC drivers, you will also need .Net on his PC. Or you can get just the drivers themselves, if hes on x32 XP.

No.

XP will give you basic VGA functionality until you get the drivers installed.

What dug777 said. I would download the drivers beforehand since the basic Windows VGA performance sucks rocks. This is the same for both ATI and nVidia if you ever lose your install discs you can always go to ATI or nVidia's web site to download drivers. Not that'd you want to use the ones on your install disc as they are usually outdated. Both ATI and nVidia are constantly making improvements to their drivers and fixing bugs and the ones on their web sites are always the latest ones.
