Installing 9800 np

OK. I have my new Radeon 9800 np laying here on the table with cables and installation CD. I installed the present GPU which is a Radeon 7200. I still just know enough to get into trouble here. Do I need to uninstall the present 7200 driver, or does it just install over? Is there anything that you guys can tell me before I start to keep me out of trouble?I know that I am going to have to install two power cables. I should not have to upgrade the driver I wouldn't think. Thanks
