Installer says Bridge is open, fails to install. Not open.

When I try to update my Bridge in Photoshop CS5, along with all the other updates, the installer tells me I must shut down Bridge before proceeding. Bridge is not open,
doesn't appear in Task Mgr, etc. I manually Dl'd and tried again. Same thing. How do I shut down a program that isn't open?
