I installed a ATI File Player, and movies don't open with Windows Media Player anymore... I don't see an option to turn that off or anything in the ATI prefs. All the movie icons changed also. WTF, the installer could have frikkin asked. Any way to change it?
Update: Got it working right, thanks

You don't specify your OS but as a 98se user this is what I'd do:

I would highlight the file name in whatever directory and I'd hold down Shift and right click my mouse. This would give me an Open with... option. Using that option I'd select Windows Media Player out of the list and depending on my preferences I suppose I'd check or not check the Always use this program to open this type of file selection.

Is all this an option for you?

Or you could open Media Player, click Tools then options then the "File Types" tab. In there is a list of all the file types it can play, just check the ones you want and it will reassociate those file types with WMP.
