Install windows vista beta from windows 2000?

I have the DVD iso of Vista beta 2, but I don't have a burner. I have installed it in a VMware machine, but I would like to install a dual boot with my existing windows 2000 install. Is it possible to install Vista directly from windows 2000 using a mounted drive (daemon tool)?
