install win2k from CD

Execute the command winnt.exe.

Make sure that you load SmartDrv.exe, otherwise the install will take about 3-4 hours.

Why did you copy the CD to the hard drive and not simply boot from the CD?
 
the CD is faulty, it cannot boot on startup...
how do i load smartdrv.exe??
