Can you guys please help me out?
I am trying to install my Hercules Kyro 11 video card.
The screen display is corrupt from the initial boot. Even before windows fires up the display is torn so it is virtually unreadable.
I have installed the latest BIOS and 4in1 drivers too. So it must be in the BIOS? Do you agree? It all works fine on the old Matrox PCI card.
I will try any ideas.

So the display is even corrupt at POST? If so, I would say you've got a bad card.

Yes it is corrupt at POST.
Hercules support just says try in another computer.
And my old one has not got a AGP slot.

bacillus - he said its corrupt at POST so this is clearly not a driver issue.

Might be a BIOS setting incorrect somewhere but I do still suspect a bad card. Only way to tell is as you say to try it in another PC, theres not much else you can do at this stage.

know how the screen starts saying "Hercules Kyro 2... 64MB" or whatever and then flashes to the normal boot screen? Is the initial one corrupted as well? Then the card is messed up because the AGP slot works, right?
