Inspiron 6000: 256MB DDR2 PC3200 now, which is the best bang/buck upgrade?

Has the 1.6/533 processor.

Comes with 1 stick of PC3200 (400) 256MB

I'll be doing lite gaming (X300 w/128MB) when I don't feel like sitting at my desk on my main rig (p4 2.8, 6800, etc)

I can't decide what the most cost effective way to go is.

Get another 256MB PC3200 and hope for dual channel?

Get a 512MB PC3200 and just work with 768MB ?

Get 512MB PC4200 and go all out (dual channel, 533fsb)

So confusing as to which is the best bang/buck out there.

Seems like the prices between 400 and 533 DDR2 ain't that big.
