aiite, i've been having a problem since i've gotten back from school for winter break.

after thanksgiving, i had a final project for studio (architecture) and basically didn't sleep for a week straight. afterwards, i had finals, and pulled a few more all-nighters. now that i'm home, i'm on a REALLY odd sleeping schedule. well i guess not odd for some people, but at least odd for a 20 year-old.

i get up at around 5am. go to bed at around 8pm. it's been like this for almost a week now. i've tried almost everything. going out with friends, sleeping through the whole day, trying to stay up the whole day. nothing seems to work. any advice?

Sounds like you have waaay too much energy left. Go swimming or jogging for an hour or two. Take some sleep-aid pills an hour or two before your desired bed-time and set an alarm clock to go off 8-10hrs later.

Melatonin..1/4-1/2 mg. 1/4 of a 1mg pill sends me to zzz land. Use to much and it'l make you tired but won't let you sleep..silly stuff. Classic case of less is more.🙂

Mine as it is now, I go to be around 6PM and get up about 1AM. But my sleep schedule has always been messed up and it's always changing. I wish there were 6 more hours in a day so I could stay up 22 and sleep 8.

during holidays i usualy sleep all day and play games/post in forums/think of science projects/make chemistry experiements at night time

i find thati think more clearly during night time because there's always those physics shows on TV and there isn't glare from the sun on my monitor so i don't get headaches at night....

wow you and me got the total opposite problem..

I have been going to sleep around 5-10 am and waking up around 5-10pm

sometimes i dont get to see the light of day... sad.. sooo sad...

this came from my having to do some allnight programming and studying for finals.. then after all that was done we had some all night poker games. hehe
