The keywords are "unwanted attention" which obviously wouldn't apply in that case now if a third co-worker saw the hug and objected that would be considered "hostile workplace"

my friend was harassed out of her job because she was the only woman there that was young and not overweight. i told her to file sexual harassment but she one day she came home from work and just wouldn't go back.

I would never dream of making rude comments to others concerning their weight,build or any other aspect of their appearance including what's on their lunch tray.
