I was trying out the bandwidth tester today and i got some very odd results. If I just run it, I get 954.6 kbps, but, if, in IE, I go into tools -> internet options -> Connections -> Lan settings and put in "http://proxy:8080" and use automatic configuration I get 2342 kbps. Now why is that? Is that a real world speed, or some glitch?
