Insane Case Mod with PICTURE!!

Check out this case mod with a new window side panel. It took me quite awhile to do it. I had to log onto Directron.com website and place the order. Then I had to accept the package and replace my old side panel! About 3 minutes of work. Damn, I'm tired.

Yeah, you must be beat after all that. Take a break for a few weeks, no hard work or lifting more then 5lbs.

Dude, come on, I'm 30 years old. The window was enough for me. I draw the line at LED and Neon lights.
 
Comon Hamburgerpimp, how can you have a window without any lights?? Lights will be the last piece of the puzzle, you must get it. They will *brighten* up your day. You'll be cool and popular once you do. You know you want it. They might seem a bit silly, but why not when you are young and free. Just get it, everyone will think it's cool.

Nice job, Hamburgerpimp. You really should put a light or two in there though.

Don't use age as an excuse. Shoot, I'll be 49 in a couple of weeks and soon after installing a window in my case I added some lights. (Pics at my site.) That helped burnish my qualifications as an extremely cool grandfather. Who knows how your life may improve? 😉

you know hamburger, i said the same thing when i got my window, but a few weeks later, i began to realize that the puzzle was not "complete" as someone mentioned. so i bought 2 lights from here:

they are cheap. most places sell em for $25+. the $11 lights are good but they just came out with an even brighter light for $15 now. I cant imagine the newer one seeing how bright the old ones were already.

The case doesn't need a light. Actually, it doesn't even need the window. You are all failing to notice that it is located on the floor. Unless Hamburgerpimp has a cat, no one is ever going to enjoy the added view.
 
Hmmm a light would be nice... and since there's a speaker next to it... get the sound reactive ones. More hard work for you. 😀

Nice, but it would probably have been cooler if the window was bigger so you could see more... oh well, still looks cool 🙂
 
Nice craftsmanship with the window though I may have you beat with the mods despite that I don't have lights or windows.

I revised my case page to look nicer: LINK. I've highly modified my case but it's nothing compared to how I've modified my PC's sound system.

The window is just the start. Soon, you'll feel its not cool enough and add pink lights. Then, out comes the Dremel and more fans start sticking out. Then the Wagner comes out and the case turns black with 'powered by AMD' on the side. Then the water cooling comes in.....
 
Sorry to be a wet blanket, but the window was a huge mistake. 🙁 I mean, before you did that, you could hide your good beer in there when your friends came over. NOW what are you gonna do...? Huh?! 😛😉
