I purchased something online for in-store pickup, and I am only 2nd in line for the "pickup only" line. It took forever. I finally realized why I wasn't 2nd in line. There were 3 parties on the other corner of the counter filling out credit applications. There was one lady trying to handle this and the in store pickups, and she LOST HER VOICE.
I am not kidding, she wrote fast, but c'mon people!!!

It took 15 minutes for in store pickup.

not a valid resolution. They sell the idea of in store pickups as faster and most of the time, getting online prices.

Dude, don't you think she wanted her voice back too. Give her a break and think about the day she is having instead of bitching about 10 minutes you lost (after saving money anyway).

idiot. When did I say it was her fault. It's her management. In the meantime there was 5 employees BS'ing. Read the above post on why I didn't complain to her management.
