idk if it's ugly... looks cool to me. but from the video preview from 2008 CeBit (or something like that), the case looked like the kind of thing you setup and leave. too bulky and awkward to move it. I would rather spend 1/3 of that on a more practical case.

I actually like the case, but I wouldn't pay more than $150 for it.

$850? ROFL. Almost as bad as those $400-1000 custom painted CoolerMaster cases, except those actually have a "holy shit" factor for the awesome paint job.

I like the case, but would never pay more than $100 for one (or any case). The fact that it weighs right around 50 lbs is way too inconvenient. This is only good if you own your house and don't have to think about moving every year or two.

The combo savings is eaten up by the cost of the case. Heck, more than the cost of the case. I don't think I would ever pay more than $200 for a case, let alone $850.

Let's see who can build a system with specs as close to this as possible for the least amount. A non-extreme CPU known to OC well along with a single 5970 that will OC almost as well. I bet it can be done for under $2500 easy.

Oh, and I love how they list the heatsink as the first item! You'd think maybe the CPU, video and case? Nah!
