Well, I'll be damned. Look at that memory clock now. It is fully stable at 570MHz? that's quite an overclock! If only the core had a little more headroom, I think this card might be able to catch the Ti4200.

Another FX5200 review,since there seems to be members interested in the FX 5200 :).

Ah yeah, well, if you want to take it out of context, that's fine.

Then at the end of the article he says that there are better cards to buy for the money.

There`s always better cards to buy but if somebody wants to buy a FX 5200 it`s their money and choice,besides reviews are the first place for info ;).

Thanks for the review .... good to finally see a non-ultra review. Although I wish he could have compared it to one of the Radeon 8500/9x000 series of cards, the Ti4200 was a good choice to start with.

Nice O/C on the memory, although it seems to have only netted him about 10-15% overall. For those of you who are interested, the non/ultra reviews at hardware.fr suggest the Ultra is about 30-35% than the non-ultra on their tests.
