the difference is that every other prisoner in the U.S. had a day in a real court to prove their innocence.

Military courts are superior to Civilian courts in every way..
id rather face charges under the UCMJ than the Civlian corrupt law systems any day.
there is no payoffs there are no high priced lawyers just military law...

That over 50% of the prisoners in iraq have been arested and detained for unlawfull reasons. That we ARE subjecting these same people to touture every day. People that have nothing to do with anything are dieing, but thats cool right. I mean, why not just nuke them?
