are you terminally clueless? do you not know that Gitmo is home to the U.S. naval base where AMERICA is keeping terrorists and suspected terrorists? yes there is a small chance that muslim extremists will blame this on America!!

hell even county jails are ruthless..

the difference is that every other prisoner in the U.S. had a day in a real court to prove their innocence.

why do people think that US Law/rules should apply to non-US citizens?
a non US citizen isn't "innocent until proven guilty" , if they were captured fighting US military forces and they are not part of an army that is a signatory of the Geneva conventions, then we can do whatever we want to them (as long as we don't bring them back to the US)
lets just shoot them and get this over with, there won't be anything for libs to bitch about then
