Yes, check your printer driver settings. If all those programs do is leave out some of the ink, you'll just end up with a lighter, less solid version of your printout, not unlike draft mode though quality might be somewhere in between.Originally posted by: MrChad

It's called printing in draft mode.
I use a laser and don't worry about toner saving with the much lower cost per page.
