Injecting files into an ISO? I know there's a way..

Let's say I've made an ISO file from a CD I have. I want to add a couple files to the ISO image. How can I do this?

WinIso great program, now I only have to carry around 6 or 7 cd on most tech call's where I used to need 15, plus now I have CD bootdisks for most os's and for partition magic.
