Buy the warranty, wait for product to be discontinued then invoke the warranty.

Beware of initial. I went through 2 of them before giving up. As somone said is a review I found,
"Initial" must meant that it only works "initially". Buyer beware --- at any price.

Haha, my gf works for Initial. It is a cheap, no good for your $$ chinese company. Do not buy from.

I have the Initial 8" player and I haven't had any problems with it whatsoever. Paid only ~$250 for it, too.
