INGDirect and Bank of America questions...

I have a bank of america student account and I was curious about getting an ingdirect saving account. My main concern is that if I get the saving account and transfer funds between accounts, will bank of america charge me if I have so many electronic transactions? I know bank of america has many fees (minimum balance, teller fees, etc) so I didn't want to get charged for every online transaction between my checking and savings account. I can't seem to find what bank of america's policies are on this, I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this?
