which one is better?

ING direct is only giving 3.0% interest on their savings account

and paypal is giving 3.22% just by having money in your account...

i guess i'll take the money out of paypal then and open an ING.

ING, because somehow someone will steal that money out of your paypal account and you will be screwed.

Look at bankrate.com. There are online banks kicking ing direct's ass right now with regards to interest rate. One is as high as 3.5%.

HSBC's OnlineSavings offers 3.25%.

But yes, ING has $25 from referral. For the 0.25% to add up to that in one year, you'll need $10,000.
