ING Direct paying 4%??

I have in my hands, right now, a coupon for $25.00 to open an account...

I got it a while back and just left it on the desk... I was tidying up this morning and came across it.... threw it in the trash... after reading this topic, I just dug it out....

Are there any catches, or downsides I should know about before opening an account?

edit: ok... I just opened a savings account and got a free $25.00 to do it!
