if you really think this through, it doesn't make much difference.
4.75% is 1% higher than regular interest (3.75%).
1%APY , over 4 months is roughly equal to 0.25% return. This only on the money that you have added, not the whole amount you have on that account ! so, pretty much nothing...

This really pisses me off, I just opened up an account a week ago with ING and now this comes out. I called them and there is nothing they will do for me. I'd have to deposit more money to get the new % rate.
