He can't look beyond his nose. And that gets more difficult every time he speaks.

You mean the bipartisan infrastructure Bill that the Senate passed back in August? The one where 19 Senate Republicans joined to pass needed infrastructure fixes even with so much pork in it? Whooo hoooo great work on the timely vote.

That's right. Less than half of the GQP can even be dragged along on a basic common sense infrastructure bill.

On their very best day, not even half of the GQP is decent for the country's fundamental needs.

Be proud of your below average existence.

My god you people have such low standards because you are overall terrible, so a brief moment of basic decency by a minority is like a big show off moment.

How sad. How shitty do people have to be to think like this?

if BBB also passes, damn that will be huge.
I do not think Bring Back Better is going to pass. Their were many bills like it in the past, that never passed.

Taking about the acronym BBB, congress should also pass a bill to create a government organization that acts like the Better Business Bureau. Imagine all the bad companies, like Trump Media Technology Group coming to an end due to complaints.

You're missing the point. Dems can't have any successes, otherwise they might be reelected.

and if you allowed people to actually vote...you'd never had a republican elected again! (gee, who was it that said that one?)

HOLD ON.... I'm confused. Does this bill not go BACK to the senate THEN back to the house? Or has the senate already done their final vote? If this is ready for Biden's signature then why aren't they announcing a firkin national holiday? Or at least, lowering the flags half mast in memoriam for THE SQUAD.

You mean the one Trump couldn't pass in four years? Oh yeah, that one.

Congress passed a $1.2 trillion infrastructure package Friday, approving a signature part of President Joe Biden's economic agenda. It will deliver $550 billion of new federal investments in America's infrastructure over five years, touching everything from bridges and roads to the nation's broadband, water and energy systems.

$550B in new spending. Awesome freaking compromise. At least we are competitive with, like, France and Germany .
Oh, I get it, we are saving up for the $20T in infrastructure for the coastal cities we will pointlessly try to save because we aren't spending enough to slow down global warming.
Yes, I'm angry.
