Infrared header on Mobo - What kind of adapter uses it?

I have an Ir header on my motherboard and would like to use it to download my phone numbers into my Nokia phone. What kind of Ir device do I need, is it specific to Nokia or can any Ir device work of my Mobo.
 
You should just get whatever IR "adapter" you can get that's "standard". As for dl'ing numbers to the phone, not sure how that would work but it is not adapter specific.
 
The nokia phone comes with the software but it needs some kinda Ir port to transmit - oh well, Google here I come!
