In this thread I received an in fraction for "Who cares, F*** Off"

http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?p=30697446#post30697446

And then the thread was locked. I understand my response was a tad over the top, but really? Someone cant make a thread about their fantasy team? We have an "Official" 2010 NFL thread, but we can still make threads about Favre, Moss, Favre again, the bills, Favre, superbowl predictions, and Favre.

So why cant someone make a thread about their fantasy team if they care to? Its certainly has more merit than a ton of threads posted in ATOT.

Edit, probably should have used a different title, I'm more questioning why someone cannot make a FF thread, than I am contesting the language infraction, even though I think the infraction was unnecessary.

Sometimes, official threads are made to keep similar threads together. It saves mods time instead of combining all the threads as they are created.

Until we have an official Favre thread, he doesn't really belong in the fantasy thread unless the poster is referencing his fantasy appeal. Your fantasy team, however, probably fits?

I'm sorry but are you complaining about the infraction for language or the thread being locked?

The infraction was for hostility and not saying anything productive.

The lock was for repetition. They were unrelated.

Also, plan to get another one for your avatar.
