Information on People

A relative of mine is trying to find information about his ex-boss and asked me a good way to find this information. Are there any good/recommended websites that could do this?

Pay or free is fine. I take it these sites will provide information on previous addresses? I don't think he wants just criminal records, but also wants previous addresses, etc.

Almost any site will give you previous adds and numbers for a fee. Peoplesearch charges about a 1.50 per search if you want to get really cheap. Dont go for the all frills packages, you can usually find the rest out based on previous and current addresses but it will take some time, deductive reasoning and homework. The criminal searches are the ones you pony up for, especially for secretive states like TX. They dont dump their databases without a fee, which gets passed on to you. Other states like AZ are dumped on criminalsearches, they even have traffic tickets. I know people there and was surprised at what I found. :laugh:

He just happens to be a lacking in internet skills. I was just wondering what sites people would suggest to get this kind of information.

There are people that specialize in collecting judgements. Since he doesnt seem to have experience in doing this it might be worth finding out what these people charge to do it for you.

I was assuming that everyone lives in the same area....to find out you will need to find where they live and go to that county's auditor.

just google: "*insert county name here* auditor" if they are out of state.....make sure that is also included into the inquiry.

I was assuming that everyone lives in the same area....to find out you will need to find where they live and go to that county's auditor.

just google: "*insert county name here* auditor" if they are out of state.....make sure that is also included into the inquiry.

I guess that could be done, but he's not sure where this guy has owned property before. The PeopleSearch.com looks somewhat appropriate for what he's looking for - addresses and property types in other parts of the country.

He's a self-employed criminal defense and handles small civil stuff too. It used to be like a partnership with his old boss (but he was considered an employee and not an owner for liability I guess); his boss was involved in sketchy dealings, including cheating clients out of some of their lawsuit earnings and not paying the appropriate commission to my uncle. Uncle sued and won and placed a lien on his known house, but now he's looking for other properties this dude might own in order to collect his money.

As for why he doesn't hire a PI or something like that - it's kind of a long-term thing and he doesn't mind doing the work.
