Hey everyone,

Does anyone have any recommendations on any particular books, websites (possibly with practice tests), or just plain general information that would help me get started on those certifications? It sucks I can't find the most entry level tech support job with just a comp eng degree.

I second the cramsession link. Plus, try out certcities.com. There are several providers out there for practice tests. I personally recommend Transcender, but there are others. It sounds like you are a recent college grad. I would recommend getting the A+ certification, which will display to future employers that you do know the basics of technical support. Getting the MCSE without experience will actually work against you when looking for a job, in my opinion. Future employers will see you as a "paper MCSE", and there are already too many of those in the marketplace. Good luck!
