I placed an order at bunta.com on the 10th, got an email saying it would be shipped on the 11th, but checking the order status every day and it's still saying 'checking inventory.' never got a tracking number for the ups shipment.
i have emailed their order status email as well as submitting a contact form on their site, to no avail.
i've tried calling 10-15 times a day for the last two days, but keep getting a voicemail message about the volume of calls being to high. anyone have any pending orders with these guys that are working out? any tips on how to get ahold of them on the phone?
if this is OT for this forum, i'll move it. seemed the most likely candidate though.
