What do people do in switzerland? On all the travel shows they show these picturesque vistas with farms and cattle.

I thought it's obvious that inflation would hurt the poor more than the rich, as would many other things. That's not the reason our economy is in shambles right now, however.

Isnt this sort of a "no duh" thing? Of course it hurts people on a smaller income more than it hurts the rich. Like ive said a million times before. Taking half of a guys income who makes $100million still leaves him rich with no perceived lifestyle change. Taking half of a guys income who only makes $50k hurts him a ton taking him from middle class income territory into poor territory. Same is applied to inflation. As prices rise on goods it hurts the people with less money more than it hurts a rich person.

This is common knowledge and shouldnt take the IFS to figure out. No duh

Agreed. Switzerland is more free market than the U.S. is. They have a stronger currency, lower tax rates, less militarism, and less regulations. Universal HC is no more socialist than standing armies and wars because they both redistribute wealth unevenly. And their universal HC is less socialist than our military because they spend less on it. I'm not condoning UHC in any way, I'm just pointing out how sad it is that we spend more on an self-defeating military than a country spends on health care.

I'm not going to move to Switzerland though, because I'm going to make this country live up to its word.

LOL, free market at what? Allowing banks to run unlimited international tax schemes? Allowing them to blow themselves up worse than some US banks (and are gov't owned)? Let's not forget that they have one of the largest, best funded and most beneficial welfare systems in the west by GDP, they have compulsory military service, their universal healthcare is massively socialist.

You are such a clueless nitwit.
